My name is Maria Diamond, I am originally from Venezuela. I moved to Panama in February but I’ve been in contact Linda Torres and Felix Garrido since November. The contact through his website even while in Tampa, Florida and definitely the process would not be the same without them. Once we made the decision to retire in Panama, I call Panamanian Consulate in Tampa / Florida and was attended with the most efficient information on all the necessary paperwork to get the ‘indefinite residence visa retired’, detailing each essential document the management and what to prepare and submit to the Consulate of Tampa before flying to Panama. Here I would highlight the extraordinary kindness and patience of the vice consul.
