Permanent resident for family reunification abroad as Panamanian children

You can apply for this permit abroad have one or more Panamanian children with at least five (5) years of age.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Power and Application (Notaries and their respective tax stamps);
• Three (3) photographs;
• Copy of passport duly collated (Notary or authority);
• Criminal Record Certificate or affidavit before a notary;
• Health Certificate;
• certified check for B / .250.00 to the National Treasury;
• certified check for B / 800.00 in favor of the National Immigration Service;
• Form Affidavit of personal history;
• Birth certificate of child (s) Panama (s) issued by the National Directorate of Civil Registry;
• Notary Public affidavit of the parent or the child’s mother, stating that the applicant has complied with its duties as a good parent;
• Lease, title (Certificate of Public Registry of the estate).
• Copy of utility bill or other document proving the applicant’s home;
• Letter of responsibility of a permanent resident or national;
• Copy of permanent resident card collated by a Notary Public or personal identity card authenticated by the Civil Registry, responsible.

To apply for residence in addition to the above requirements except the criminal record and checks, the applicant must submit:
• National Paz y Salvo of income of the applicant.
